 | Apply one coat of OPI Coney Island Cotton Candy. Apply one coat of OPI Bubble Bath. | |
 | Use a small paintbrush and pink acrylic paint to draw an imperfect circle near the center of the nail. | |
 | Paint wavy concentric circles around the center to make petals. | |
 | Continue to fill the nail with rosettes and partial rosettes. | |
 | Add a dot of crystal glitter to the center of each rosette. Apply top coat. |
